REFUND POLICY

Our goal is to provide seamless service so you can trust the quality of our work. We also offer a refund policy for unexpected situations and provide ongoing support even after project delivery. If you notice any issues, you can request revisions.

Quality-Based Refunds

  • If the delivered work falls below 70% of the agreed quality standards, we will issue a partial refund within seven working days.
  • If quality remains below 30% even after revisions, a full refund will be processed.

Advance Payments & Project Cancellation

  • If you pay in advance but decide not to proceed with a project, we can adjust the payment toward future work.
  • If you no longer wish to use our services, we will refund your payment in full, subject to work already completed.

Agreement Failures

  • If we fail to meet the agreed project terms or deliverables, you may request a refund.
  • Our team strives for excellence to ensure this situation does not occur, prioritizing communication and client satisfaction at every step.

Revisions & Support

We provide ongoing support and revisions to ensure your project meets expectations. Client satisfaction is our top priority, and we will refine the project until you are fully satisfied.
