At Graphics Cycle, timely delivery and high-quality output are our top priorities. Our policies are designed to make the process smooth, transparent, and convenient for our clients. While these policies guide our workflow, we are flexible and can adjust to meet your needs.

1. Project Delivery & Timeline

  • The delivery time varies based on the type and complexity of the project.. We aim to deliver on or before the agreed timeline.
  • Standard timelines:
    • Graphics Design: 20-72 hours
    • Web Development: 7–30 business days
    • 2D & 3D Animation: 7–21 business days
    • Video Editing: 3–10 business days
    • Digital Marketing Services: 5–15 business days for campaign setup, reporting, and initial strategy implementation
  • If any unforeseen situation arises that may delay delivery, we will notify you promptly and work together to find a solution.

2. Free Trials

  • New clients can request up to 3 free trials to evaluate our services.
  • Free trials are not available for complete web development projects or large-scale animations.
  • Once the trial is approved, we will move forward with full project production based on your requirements.

3. Project Submission & Custom Requests

  • You can submit projects anytime, specifying your preferred delivery schedule: daily, weekly, or monthly.
  • For urgent tasks, please inform us in advance. We may assign a dedicated team to prioritize your project, depending on availability and ongoing workload.

4. Revisions & Feedback

  • Clients are encouraged to provide feedback during the project.
  • Graphics Cycle offers up to 3 free revisions per project. Additional revisions can be arranged if required.

5. File Access & Security

  • Final deliverables will be shared via secure download links or cloud storage.
  • You can access your files for up to 60 days after delivery.
  • All projects are private and secure—only you can access your files.
